Who manages the catalogue

The AC Contents catalogue is managed by Antonio Chetta, the data controller. For information or requests about personal data, contact antoniochetta32@gmail.com.

Data and purposes

The catalogue presents puzzle books and links to stores. No registration is required, and there are no forms, newsletters or payments. Search and filters run in your browser without sending search terms to a server. Images, flags and fonts are served locally; no visitor analytics, advertising pixels or embedded store content are loaded.

Providing and securing the site may involve processing technical data such as IP address, browser and device details, date and time, the requested resource and the request outcome. The purpose is to deliver pages and prevent abuse. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing the catalogue under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The operator does not use this data for marketing or profiling.

Hosting and providers

Hostinger is the intended static hosting provider. Data processed on the controller’s behalf is covered by the Hostinger Data Processing Addendum. Transfers outside the European Economic Area, if any, are subject to the safeguards stated in that agreement. Further information: Hostinger privacy policy.

Retention

The catalogue does not create a visitor database. Technical data is processed within the hosting infrastructure to provide the service, protect security and meet applicable obligations. The controller has not specified a single retention period for all provider logs; contact the controller for information about a particular visit. Emails are kept to handle your enquiry and, where necessary, protect legal rights, limiting the data to what is relevant.

Cookies and browser storage

The catalogue code sets no cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. It includes no advertising or tracking tools. External stores use their own technologies, which the catalogue does not load. Any hosting features introducing additional processing will be described before activation. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Enquiries and purchases

Information you send by email is used to answer your enquiry and handle related correspondence.

Amazon and Payhip are external sites. Buttons open the product in the relevant store; purchases, payments and information provided there are governed by each platform’s privacy policy. The catalogue receives no payment data and does not send the referring page address through external links.

Your rights

Where provided for by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting the controller. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Requests are handled with providers’ assistance where necessary.
